Three letters. One framework. A whole different way of living.

SPA stands for State, Perspective and Agenda. It's my original methodology — built from years of NLP training, coaching practice, and honest conversations with real people navigating real life. Every struggle I've ever witnessed — in sessions, in my own life, in the people I love — traced back to one of these three things.

How someone was feeling. How they were seeing the situation. What they were actually doing about it.

Simple. Powerful. And yes — it's supposed to feel exactly like a SPA. 🌿

STATE

Your State is your internal weather — the emotional and physical condition you're in right now.

And like weather, it affects everything: how you think, how you decide, how you show up.

 

The difference between a good day and a bad day is often not what happened. It's the State you were in when it did. State isn't fixed. It's a dial, not a switch. You don't need to go from terrible to wonderful in one step. You just need to move one notch — from stuck to slightly less stuck. From overwhelmed to just a little clearer.

 

That's where everything starts.

PERSPECTIVE

Perspective is the lens you see the world through — built from your beliefs, your self-concept, your map of how things work. Two people. Same situation. Completely different experience. That's not luck. That's Perspective.

 

Here's the thing about maps: they're never the territory. They're just your version of it. Which means they can be redrawn. Who you think you are shapes everything you do.

 

Change the Perspective — and you change what's possible.

AGENDA

Your Agenda is your direction — your goals, your priorities, what you're actually moving toward. Are you living your own agenda? Or someone else's? Most people, if they're honest, are somewhere in between — half their own, half inherited from parents, partners, culture, fear.

 

When your Agenda is truly yours — aligned with your values, your State, your Perspective — everything changes. Not because the world changes. Because you do.

When all three align —

Something shifts. You stop reacting and start choosing. You stop carrying other people's agendas and start living your own. You stop seeing the world through old lenses and start seeing what's actually there. That's what SPA is for. Not to fix you — you don't need fixing. To help you find the harmony that's already possible.
